Seeking a remote National Account Director.
Best candidate will represent the organization and support the vision of management and its team while transforming the company’s vision and strategy into organizational policies and directives.
Expectations are as follows:
- Develop and implement a go to market strategies for products.
- Ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency while maintaining inventory controls and forecast.
- Lead team to perform meeting company goals and performance targets (KPI’s) while supporting administrative, control and reporting procedures, operating systems, to assure the achievement of strategic direction.
- Build and expand the national sales coverage by engagement of Independent Representative, Account Executives, Sales representatives and distributor sales representatives while working closely with finance and production.
- Develop and maintain annual sales and expense budgets
- Identify and hire new employees for US Acute Care Sales team
- Evaluate and monitor essential business development tactics for team growth and development
- Identify and hire as needed to ensure department is successfully growing
- Submit proposals and approve quoting . Price listing, Consignments, demo the gear and develop processes and promote the sale of service contracts
- Must be able to use current CRM
- Manage partner relationships with all accounts
- Study and evaluate potential additional acquisitions and product portfolio addition
- MUST have GPO knowledge and Acute Care experience
